You set your own professional fee, and Deputy Care ensures you receive your complete cash rate for every session. Our system bypasses traditional insurance mandates, allowing you to control your income directly.
Payouts are weekly and fully customizable. You select your preferred payday, and we guarantee you’ll be paid for all submissions from that week, ensuring consistent and reliable income.
By default, clients cover the claims processing fee, making Deputy Care free for therapists. Our flexible system also allows for fee-sharing with your client for special cases.
No, accepting insurance is not required. Deputy Care specializes in maximizing savings for clients in out-of-network situations, allowing them to access your services while significantly reducing their out-of-pocket costs.
SimplePay is our premium add-on designed to solve the client’s biggest financial hurdle: the high upfront cost of OON therapy.
How it Works: Instead of paying your full fee upfront, the client only pays their estimated out-of-pocket portion (like an INN copay) at the time of service. Deputy Care covers the difference (the “float”) and waits for the insurance reimbursement.
The Benefit: It makes your Out-of-Network services feel functionally similar to an In-Network (INN) experience for the client, dramatically increasing retention.
